Taggeriffic Signature Tutorials

Terms

The blogs and tutorials on Taggeriffic.com are personal web pages created by the authors, and Taggeriffic.com is not responsible for any of the content contained in the blogs and tutorials, nor does taggeriffic.com assert any ownership over tutorial or blog content.

There may be some exceptions to this rule, where a tutorial or blog is being written by Taggeriffic.com staff for some official purpose, but such exceptions will be individually identified and do not affect the general principle that responsibility and ownership of a tutorial or blog rest with its author(s).

Even though tutorials and blogs are personal web pages, acceptable use still applies, in particular, this implies that:-

  • Authors shall not attempt to gain access to, copy, or otherwise make use of any other authors assets or data, this includes acquiring knowledge of any other authors password, attempting to interfere with assets or data on another authors blog is also a breach of this term.
  • Authors shall not attempt to gain access to systems administration or other areas not available for general use, this applies to the WordPress software, and in particular it means that inserting code or markup into your posts or comments which breaks the layout of Taggeriffic.com outside of your own blog is a breach of the T&C’s.
  • Taggeriffic.com or authors blog posts shall not be used to display, print, transmit or store text or images or other data which could be considered offensive such as pornographic, racially abusive or libellous material, the test of this is not whether you, or your peers, find content offensive, it is whether such content could be deemed offensive to others, do not assume that if you find something harmless or amusing, that therefore it must be acceptable to publish.
  • Authors should be aware of the possibilities for copyright infringement which arise out of the use of a tutorial or blog, making copyrighted video or audio material available, or reproducing images or text from other sources may be a breach of copyright law and thus illegal.
  • Taggeriffic.com will allow artistic partial and full nudity tubes, reserving the right to delete files if the subject and composition is considered pornographic, obscene, or otherwise unsuitable to the general public, if you publish such images or content then you must clearly state your blog has adult material.
  • Taggeriffic.com defines adult content as “language or material that, in context, depicts or describes, in terms patently offensive as measured by contemporary community standards for publishing medium, sexual or excretory organs or activities.” This includes patently offensive sexual or excretory references that do not rise to a level of obscenity.

Tutorials and Blogs are not routinely monitored by Taggeriffic.com,  this has two implications:-

  • If you see something on a tutorial or blog which you think may breach one of the terms above, or otherwise concerns you, then you should not assume that the Taggeriffic.com administators are aware of the problem, and you should “Report the problem” to admin@taggeriffic.com.
  • If you are the author of a tutorial or blog, you should never assume that posting something on your blog is an acceptable way of communicating with Taggeriffic.com.  Writing on a blog about support matters is absolutely not an effective substitute for contacting us via email to discuss your concerns.

Once you have registered your blog please bear in mind the terms and conditions of use, happy blogging.
